Daniel is Managing Director of Prime Projects, with more than 21 years of construction expertise and a reputation for agility, innovation and precision. He leads a people-first business built on lasting client relationships, sustainable practices and consistently exceptional project outcomes across diverse sectors.
Phil is the Executive Chairman and co-founder of the Prime Group encompassing Prime Constructions and Prime Projects. Phil brings over 40 years of hands-on industry experience and strong leadership, collaborating with clients and designers to deliver innovative, practical and cost-effective project solutions.
John is a Director at Prime Projects, overseeing estimating and preconstruction. With over 40 years in construction, he combines technical expertise, strategic insight and client-focused leadership to deliver competitive, high-quality projects while guiding and developing Prime’s next generation of construction professionals.
Paul joined Prime in 1988 and is a Director at Prime Projects. With over 37 years’ industry experience he leads projects with a collaborative, solutions- focused approach, overseeing all aspects of construction while upholding his philosophy: build it once, build it well.
Chris is our Group CFO, joining the Prime Group in 1988. Chris brings over 37 years’ financial management and strategic planning experience. His leadership and deep understanding of Prime’s operations ensure strong financial performance and sustained company growth.
Mick is Construction Director at Prime Projects, leading all construction delivery and operations across all our business sectors. With nearly 21 years of construction experience and a hands-on leadership style, Mick drives every project with precision, accountability and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
Paul is Prime Projects’ Estimating Manager, bringing over 30 years of construction expertise and a reputation for being thorough, insightful and dependable. Paul leads the estimating team with precision and commercial acumen, ensuring every tender is comprehensively scoped and competitively positioned.
Anthony is a Senior Project Manager at Prime Projects with more than 21 years of construction experience across residential, industrial, commercial, health and education sectors. Known for his calm, no-nonsense approach, Anthony consistently delivers complex projects ahead of programme, under budget and to an exceptional standard.
Michael is a Senior Project Manager at Prime Projects with over 12 years of construction experience. Known for calm leadership, critical path delivery and a solutions-focused mindset, Michael consistently drives complex projects to completion on programme, on budget and to the highest standards.
