From grassroots charities to industry-led programs, we contribute our time, resources and expertise to help others thrive.

A key example is our partnership with Habitat for Humanity. In 2025, Prime Projects sent a team to Indonesia to support Habitat’s Global Village Program, refurbishing the organisation’s head office through a $50,000 contribution of labour, materials and funding. This marked the beginning of an ongoing partnership, with two Prime staff members participating each year, including a team scheduled to travel to Cambodia in October 2026.

We are also working with Habitat locally and are constructing emergency accommodation for domestic violence victims in Haymarket, Sydney. The project will represent an estimated $200,000 goods-in-kind contribution, providing safe and secure housing for people in urgent need.

Prime Projects is proud to support this and other programs, as we continue to work with sport clubs, Indigenous businesses and community groups, creating pathways for opportunity, employment, training and long-term engagement – ensuring we have a positive impact on the communities we serve.

At Prime Projects, sustainability shapes how we design, build and operate. We recognise that responsible construction reduces environmental impact while delivering long-term value for our clients and communities.

Our approach integrates sustainable design principles and efficient construction methods across the full project lifecycle – from planning and procurement through to delivery. We focus on reducing waste, conserving resources and enhancing building performance through innovation, careful material selection and smart engineering.

We are actively working to reduce embodied carbon in industrial warehouse construction through life-cycle assessments and targeted innovation. This includes exploring alternatives to traditional steel structures, such as timber, and adopting lower-carbon design strategies. These initiatives support our goal of achieving a 40% reduction in industrial warehouse development emissions by 2030, aligned with the Green Building Council of Australia Green Star framework. Our involvement with the Materials and Embodied Carbon Leaders’ Alliance (MECLA) further reinforces this commitment.

Prime Projects also contributes to industry progress through participation in GBCA Expert Reference Panels. Alongside this, we are advancing green concrete solutions, successfully delivering fibre-reinforced burnished slabs that meet performance requirements while reducing embodied carbon by around 40% against industry reference cases.

We provide safe workplaces, systems of work and fit-for-purpose plant and equipment, supported by robust WHS policies, site- specific management plans and Safe Work Method Statements for high-risk activities. These systems ensure hazards are identified, risks are controlled and work is effectively planned and monitored.

Our safety approach is built on leadership, proactive risk management, strong controls, and continuous improvement. We empower our people through training, consultation and open communication, including the authority to stop work if anything isn’t safe.
