Trivett Classic, Alexandria and Parramatta

Not every fitout tests a builder’s full range of capability. This one demanded every bit of it – and then some. Prime Projects delivered two landmark automotive projects for Trivett – each a benchmark of premium commercial construction in its own right.

At Alexandria, a multi-brand fitout transformed two separate buildings across two floors into a cohesive, high-end dealership precinct housing Peugeot, Land Rover, Volvo, and Harley Davidson under one architectural vision, designed by JPR Architects. Two structures connected by both vehicle and pedestrian breezeways – requiring careful integration of movement, identity and function across a site that needed to feel singular despite its scale. Dedicated showrooms, brand-specific merchandise displays, integrated café bars, and administration offices were delivered to the premium standard each marque demands. A workshop and service facility housing more than 30 vehicle hoists completed the scope – a substantial mechanical undertaking woven seamlessly into the broader fitout programme.

At Parramatta, Prime Projects delivered an entirely different order of ambition for Trivett Classic BMW – a suspended glass facade announcing the building’s presence on the street, rooftop parking accessed by car elevator and a separate four-level service centre providing substantial customer parking and servicing facilities. Every finish specified to BMW’s exacting global standards. Every detail executed accordingly.
