Alexandria’s industrial heritage runs deep. At 134-148 Euston Road, Prime Projects honoured it — while building something entirely new.

Engaged by Goodman, one of Australia’s leading industrial property groups, Prime Projects transformed an existing 7,000m² facility into a modern, flexible warehouse and office hub – breathing new life into a significant inner-city industrial asset without ever bringing operations to a halt.

The scope was comprehensive. A complete facade reconstruction reset the building’s presence on the street. Full services upgrades modernised the infrastructure from the inside out. New inter-tenancy walls divided the warehouse into three separate, functional tenancies. New lifts were retrofitted throughout. A two-level office refurbishment introduced polished concrete floors and exposed ceilings – the hallmarks of considered industrial design done well. And a 100kW rooftop solar system was installed, strengthening the asset’s sustainability credentials for the long term.

All of it delivered live. All of it delivered without disruption to the facility’s operational integrity.
