Cospak Warehouse, Minto

Some construction sites are clean slates. This one was anything but. Prime Projects delivered a new 3,200m² standalone warehouse for Charter Hall at Minto – constructed not beside an operational facility, but right in the middle of one. Cospak, a specialist supplier of packaging solutions to the wine, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries, remained fully operational on site throughout the entire construction programme.

Designed by Lo Studios, the project demanded far more than bricks and steel. Significant fire services upgrades were completed across two existing buildings, alongside comprehensive services upgrades to the entire site. Every phase required meticulous planning, constant stakeholder coordination and a disciplined approach to sequencing works – with staged activities carried out after hours to protect Cospak’s day-to-day operations from disruption.

Nothing was simple. Nothing was incidental. Every decision was made with the live environment in mind. Prime Projects thrives in exactly these conditions – where careful thinking, collaborative planning and uncompromising delivery standards turn the most complex of sites into something exceptional.
