Behind every great food brand is a place where ideas are tested, tasted and refined. Prime Projects made sure everyone could see it.

Engaged by George Weston Foods to refurbish their Sydney headquarters at Macquarie Park, Prime Projects transformed 3,000m² of conventional office space into a vibrant, brand-driven workplace that puts food – and the people who create it – front and centre.

The design brief, led by Colliers, called for something far removed from a typical corporate fitout. New front-of-house facilities, a dedicated café, collaborative breakout areas and reconfigured workspaces all came together to create an environment that feels genuinely like GWF – warm, creative, and connected.

The standout moment? A new opening cut directly into the test kitchen wall – inviting staff, clients, and trainees to watch product development in real time, bridging the gap between office and kitchen in one bold architectural gesture.

Prime Projects delivered the $2.7 million fitout with the craft and attention to detail that a brand built on quality deserves – right down to the last detail.
