Some projects demand precision measured in millimetres. This one demanded it in millions of litres.

Prime Projects was engaged to transform an existing facility at Minto into a high-capacity wine 3,200m² bottling and storage complex – a technically demanding fitout requiring the building itself to be fundamentally reimagined from the inside out.

Structural alterations. Complex services modifications. A tank farm engineered to hold over one million litres of wine. An underground trade waste treatment system managing discharge with environmental care. A dedicated laboratory for quality testing and assessment, integrated seamlessly into the production environment.

And all of it delivered while the facility kept running. Working live within an operational bottling plant demanded relentless coordination, rigorous safety management, and the kind of quiet expertise that never draws attention to itself – it simply gets the job done.
