SCT Logistics, Minchinbury
Below Ground, Above Expectation – Six metres beneath the surface, something remarkable was taking shape.
When Prime Projects broke ground at Minchinbury, the challenge was immediately clear. A live Sydney Water sewer main ran directly through the site – immovable, untouchable, yet somehow needing to bear the weight of an entire logistics facility above it.
The solution was an 800m² structural bridging slab, engineered with precision and built with care. Approvals were hard-won. The construction was staged. Not a single deadline slipped.
Above ground, 6,000m² of warehouse rose steadily alongside a 1,000m² two-story office, vast hardstand pavements, and cool room and freezer rooms chilled to -20°C.
By completion, SCT Logistics had their facility. Fife Capital had their asset in a highly strategic location.
And Prime Projects had done what they always do – turned complexity into something that simply works.
