Warringah Golf Club and Community Centre, Dee Why
Prime Projects delivered the new Warringah Golf Club and Community Centre in Dee Why, in partnership with Northern Beaches Council and Warringah Golf Club.
Commencing in mid-2025, the two-storey clubhouse forms the centrepiece of the broader Warringah Recreation Centre precinct redevelopment. The completed facility provides a contemporary, purpose-built home for golf members and the wider community, featuring a pro shop, dining and function areas, multiple bars, a full commercial kitchen, administration spaces, and an expansive terrace overlooking the course – designed to make the most of the site’s outlook while supporting everyday club operations and larger community events alike.
Working closely with CCG Architects, the Prime Projects team translated an ambitious design brief into a building that balances functionality with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, creating a facility that serves golfers, families and the local community.
The clubhouse sits within a wider revitalised precinct, alongside squash and tennis courts, an eastern carpark – together forming a significant recreation destination for the Northern Beaches.
This project reflects Prime Projects’ broader commitment to delivering high-quality community and sporting infrastructure that enhances liveability and connection. From site establishment through to final fit-out, the team worked collaboratively with Council, the architect and club stakeholders to meet both the technical demands of a commercial kitchen and function venue, and the community’s vision for a modern recreational hub.
The result is an outstanding new facility for Warringah Golf Club and the Northern Beaches community.
