Prime wins Master Builders Association’s Award for Industrial Buildings $100m & Over.
Prime Constructions has been awarded the Master Builders Association Award for Industrial Buildings $100m & Over for the landmark Mirvac Switchyard project in Sydney’s west.
The 14-hectare industrial estate comprises 27 warehouse units across six buildings, delivering around 73,000m² of warehouse and office space with hardstand areas, basement and on-grade parking, and major infrastructure upgrades. Sustainability initiatives include smart metering, building management systems and multiple solar installations targeting a 5 Star Green Star outcome.
Delivered in staged phases to support progressive tenant occupancy, the project demonstrates strong coordination and technical delivery. Switchyard also received Industrial Development of the Year at the 2024 Urban Developer Awards, recognising its quality and innovation.
