Bitzer HQ, St Marys

Delivered in partnership with Fife Capital – a valued repeat client – Prime Projects constructed the new Australian headquarters for BITZER at 75 Dunheved Circuit, St Marys. A global leader in HVAC, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, BITZER now operates its entire Australian business from a single, purpose-built 10,000m² facility – designed by LO Studios to consolidate operations with clarity, efficiency and ambition.
The numbers speak to the scale and complexity of what was achieved. 4,700m³ of concrete poured with precision. 42,000kg of reo fibres reinforcing the warehouse floor – a foundation engineered to support the demands of heavy manufacturing. A 416m² boundary retaining wall reaching up to 4 metres high. A 15-metre deep cantilever awning, bold in form and exacting in execution. Full roof solar provision, future-proofing the facility from day one.
Within the 10,000m² footprint, 8,300m² of warehouse and manufacturing space sits alongside 960m² of modern offices — a ratio that reflects BITZER’s operational priorities, delivered without compromise on either side of the divide.
