Prime Projects’ refurbishment of the Col Crawford Hyundai showroom in Brookvale marks the eighth project delivered for Col Crawford Motors since 1996 – a partnership spanning BMW, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, and Kia, and projects ranging from $1 million to $15 million in value.
This chapter involved the partial demolition and full reimagining of the existing dealership – a technically precise exercise in automotive retail construction. Designed by Gardner Wetherill Architects, the 400m² showroom was rebuilt to align with Hyundai’s exacting Global Dealership Space Identity standards, delivering a fresh, contemporary environment worthy of the brand it represents.
