Delivered for Pinematta Pty Ltd, the project comprises 72 light industrial units – each thoughtfully designed with approximately 140m² of warehouse space and a 40m² suspended mezzanine office. Functional, efficient and tailored to meet the diverse needs of the small and medium business operators who would call them home.

Beyond the units themselves, the project encompassed the full construction of council-compliant roads, external pavements and robust service infrastructure – the unseen foundations of a development that works seamlessly for every tenant from day one.

But the true measure of this project lies in its conclusion. Seventy-two simultaneous unit handovers – each one delivered to the same exacting standard, at the same moment, without compromise. It is a logistical and construction achievement that few builders could claim and one that required meticulous sequencing, relentless coordination,and a team culture built entirely around precision and craft.
